Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, on the first available business day. Most orders though will ship out on the same day if the order is placed early in the day. We do pride ourselves in fast order processing, and accurate shipping. We do ship to any address in the US. A POBox addresses, AK, HI, PR, GU, AP, AE, or MP, will incur an additional shipping charge.
Sales Tax
We do collect sales tax in different states. Resellers or Tax exempt organizations can submit their tax exempt forms.
RMA Requests
All RMA requests must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. A valid RMA Number is required when a product is returned. While most items can be sent back for a return, some items such as Activation Software, Printheads, Media (ribbons, labels, paper rolls), or service contracts, are not returnable due to their consumable nature. Certain product listings on Amazon restrict returns, see specific product description for further information.
When sending a product back, the product must be returned with all original box and packaging. The product needs to be Double Boxed (product box placed inside a shipping box) when sent back and with no writing or extra markings on the original product box. Returns will not be accepted without the original product box. Product must be in new condition when it is sent back. Used or scratched products in a non-sellable condition can not be accepted for a return.
Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Non defective items returned in new condition, will be asses a 15%-20% restocking fee. Items that are missing packing materials or accessories, will be charged a slightly higher restocking fee.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) or Defective claims
All DOA or Defective claims must be reported within 14 days of the delivery. Please describe in detail what exactly is not working with the item when submitting the request. Defective items can be sent back for either an exchange or a refund. Note that if an item is not compatible with your system, or if it does not correctly connect to your device, it is not considered as a defective item.
Damaged or Lost Package
Any lost or damaged package must be reported within 5 days of the delivery.
